Update

I've been doing pretty good lately. I've lost 5 lbs since I have got home from vacation! Although I splurged over the weekend I've eaten pretty healthy for the last two weeks and half walked about 6 miles. Today I ran/walked a mile. I probably ran about a half mile but I am still happy with it! I've been cleaning but not as much as I should be.

I've read 6 books so far this year.  I'm doing a few challenges in Good Reads to keep me motivated.

Going out tomorrow for Japanese food for a friend's birthday.  I want to be healthy and get the salmon.

To do for tomorrow:

● Get pants hemmed
● pay taxes
● walk/run a mile

New year

Happy 2015! I hope everyone had a great 2014 and has an even better 2015! Been on vacation the last two weeks. The annual Florida trip. Had a blast in Key West and Disney. Not looking forward to going back to the cold!

Couple of resolutions for the up coming months. First I want to write more here. I think this is a good healthy outlet. Second, I need to make an effort to be more healthy. I want to start walking a mile a day and to increase miles in time. I also want to eat netter. I will be using this block to keep track of my miles and what I eat. I also want to clean something in my house everyday. For exercise and of course the obvious.

To do list for 1/18/185
● get home, my flight was delayed 5 hrs
● print out a few pictures to take to work tomorrow
