Wow I've lost 5 lbs since starting this eat salad for dinner thing. I hope I can keep it up! Did a little shopping this Sunday, got a pair of jeans and the Cinderella blue ray. Breaking Dawn part 2 us on now but might turn it off and finish up Orange is the new black season two.

Ok, it's been awhile since I have blogged. I find this site kind of confusing to navigate,  maybe if I used it more often. I wonder if anyone reads or follows this? If you do could you comment? Thanks.

I've come to the conclusion that I am getting fat. For height I am at an outrageous weight. A picture was taken of me the other day where you could see the fat bulging out. It was awful.

I've been exercising a lot more recently, but it isn't enough. I really need to watch my diet. I'm going on vacation in a little under a month and as a short term goal I am trying to give up soda and sweets until then and try to eat a salad for dinner every night.

I am up to night 4. Proud of myself! I currently weigh about 155. My first weight loss goal is 10 lbs. Then I will go from there. Wish me luck!
